基于身体美学理论的老年体育向度探骊

摘　　要：我国老龄化时代即将到来,对于身体日渐衰老的老年群体如何开展体育活动需要有深入认识,并探索其理论支撑。基于此,研究通过对舒斯特曼身体美学理论的老年体育向度的逻辑归纳与演绎,在阐明老龄化社会下老年群体所面临的身体审美迷茫与体育锻炼困境的同时,揭示了身体美学中的老年体育思想与"体医结合"理念,得出以下结论:1)指出了当代身体审美消费和老龄社会语境下,年轻群体和中老年群体的身体美学实践分化,即年轻群体更加注重身体形象的重塑与审美体验的获得,中老年群体则更加关注身体功能的恢复与改善,及身体(审美)感知和意识能力的提升;2)提出了基于身体美学理论的应对老龄化社会和摆脱老年体育身体审美困境的策略,即重塑身体形象、提升身体功能和恢复身体感知。研究为弥合当代老年体育理论研究断痕,促进老龄社会老年体育活动的开展和体育美好生活的实现提供有益参考。Old age is the final stage of life.Through the logical induction and deduction of the elderly sports dimension of Shusterman’s theory of Somaesthetics,this study clarifies the physical aesthetic confusion and physical exercise predicament faced by the elderly group in the aging society,and reveals the thought of elderly sports and an idea combining sport and medicine.We draw the following conclusions:1)the differentiation and practice of Somaesthetics between young and middle-aged groups is unfolding in the context of current body aesthetic consumption and aging society;That is,the younger group pays more attention to the reshaping of the body image and the acquisition of the aesthetic experience,and the middle-aged and elderly groups are more concerned about the recovery and improvement of the body functions,and the improvement of the physical(aesthetic)perception and sensations;2)a strategy is proposed based on the Somaesthetics theory to deal with the aging society and getting rid of the body aesthetic predicament of the elderly sports,that is to reshape body image,enhance body functions and restore body perception.This study provides a useful reference for bridging the gaps in contemporary theoretical research on elderly sports and promoting the development of elderly sport activities and the realization of a better life in sports in aging society.
