摘  要:信号发生器用于产生稳定的频率及幅度信号。直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术由于其结构简单,精度高等特点,被广泛应用于信号发生电路中。利用ADI公司的高性能DDS芯片AD9854和STM32微控制器芯片设计一个简易的信号发生器。该信号发生器结构简单、体积较小、使用方便,除了具备常规波形输出外,还能实现频率扫描、幅度扫描以及二进制相位调制等特殊功能。经测试表明,该信号发生器频率调节范围广、频率输出稳定、幅值分辨率高,可以作为信号源应用于电路调试过程中也可以作为各类仪器和设备的前级频率源使用。The signal generator is used to produce stable frequency and amplitude signals.Direct digital frequency synthesis(DDS)technology is widely used in signal generating circuits because of its simple structure and high precision.A simple signal generator based on high performance DDS chip AD9854by analog devices group corp and STM32microcontroller chip is designed.The signal generator is simple in structure,small in size and easy to use.In addition to the traditional waveform,it can also achieve frequency scanning,amplitude scanning and binary phase modulation functions.The result shows that the signal generator has wide frequency adjustment range,stable frequency output and high amplitude resolution.It can be used in circuit debugging or can be used as a frequency source for various instruments and equipment.
