摘 要:目前国内对于痛风的治疗研究仍集中在医药领域,主要通过药物治疗和针灸治疗缓解患者的疼痛,对尿酸钠结晶机理研究关注较少。从原理上进行分析,痛风是尿酸钠溶质在体液循环中达到过饱和时的结晶表现。从材料学的角度出发,阐述了尿酸钠晶体的结构、形貌、体外制备方法和抑制手段等方面的研究进展,并提出了未来可进一步开展研究的方向。Gout is a term given to the disorder of uric acid metabolism, which results from the deposition of crystals of monosodium urate monohydrate in various connective tissues. Recent domestic researches on the treatment of gout still focus on the development and application of medicine, mainly through drug treatment and acupuncture to relieve the pain of patients. However, less attention is paid to the mechanism of monosodium urate monohydrate crystallization. In principle, gout is the crystallization of monosodium urate solute when it reaches supersaturation in the body fluid circulation. This review, from the perspective of materials, represented recent research work on the structure, morphology, in vitro preparation method and inhibition method of monosodium urate monohydrate crystals, and put forward the direction of further research in the future.
