摘 要:为了探索牵伸工艺方案的优化配置对控制产品质量、降低生产成本的影响,通过分析纺纱工艺流程牵伸功能的实现过程及其对产品质量的影响,探讨重定量、大牵伸工艺的基本原理,阐述了重定量、大牵伸工艺的技术特征,认为以高效工艺、陆S工艺为代表的重定量、大牵伸工艺,通过采用不同的技术途径来达到控制纤维运动状态,保证产品质量稳定性的目的,其技术措施是符合牵伸工艺基本原理的,可以为纺纱企业通过优化牵伸工艺设计来合理控制产品质量提供新的工艺思路。This study is intended to explore the effect of optimal arrangement of draft process on product quality control and production cost reduction.The basic principle of heavy weight and long draft process was discussed through analyzing the realization process of the draft function of spinning process flow and its effect on product quality,and the technical characteristics of heavy weight and long draft process were expounded.It is regarded that the technical measures of heavy weight and long draft process represented by high efficiency process and LU S process for controlling the fiber motion and ensuring the product quality stability via different technological approaches are in accordance with the basic principle of draft process.This offers a new process idea for spinning enterprises to keep product quality at a reasonable level through optimizing draft process design.
