摘  要:近代天津机制面粉业起步较晚,直到一战结束后数家面粉公司才开始设立,经营发展中遇到诸多窒碍,不惟受到外粉与上海等地面粉的挤压,小麦原料购运亦不通顺,而且面粉特税的实施与政治中心的南移等因素,对天津面粉业发展尤为不利,以致难以争夺更大的市场空间。天津面粉业几经沉浮,最终寿丰公司在艰难中胜出并发展壮大,成为华北最大的面粉公司.寿丰能在困境中突围成功,其原因在于倪氏家族对天津面粉业的巨额资本投入,以及倪、孙、杨等面粉业界精英的精诚合作,当然寿丰面粉质量较高,注重品牌建设,并牢牢掌握天津市场的销售终端也很重要。The modern Tianjin mechanism flour industry started late and it was not until the end of World War I that several flour companies were set up. Many obstacles were encountered in the development of the business. They were not only squeezed by Local flour enterprises represented by Shanghai and other foreign flour company, but also purchased and sold wheat raw materials was unreasonable. The implementation of the special tax on flour and the southward shift of the political center were particularly unfavorable to the development of the Tianjin flour industry. After the ups and downs of the Tianjin flour industry, Shoufeng Company developed in the difficult times and became the largest flour company in North China. Shoufeng Company can break through predicament, which was due to the huge capital investment of the Ni family and the sincere cooperation of the flour elite teams such as Ni, Sun and Yang. Of course, It was also important to focusing on brand building and firmly grasp the sales terminals in the Tianjin market.
