摘　　要：对国内外废旧沥青混合料循环利用的规范标准及相关政策进行了总结。分析传统废旧沥青混合料循环利用工艺的特点和适用范围,提出一项装配式预制结构施工新技术,并介绍其技术特点及适用领域。In this paper, the domestic and overseas regulation standard and relevant policy of cyclic utilization of waste bituminous mixture were summarized. Through the analysis of the process characteristics and application range of the conventional cyclic technique of waste bituminous mixture, a new technique for assembling precast structure construction was proposed, and its technical characteristics and application fields were described.
