耳穴贴压对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及心理状态的影响观察

摘　　要：目的客观评价耳穴贴压对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及心理状态的影响。方法选取2019年5月~2020年5月我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者83例,将其随机分为研究组(n=42)和常规组(n=41),常规组采用常规护理方式进行护理,研究组在常规组的基础上给予耳穴贴压护理,比较两组患者耳穴贴压治疗总有效率、心功能、焦虑、抑郁评分、睡眠质量。结果干预后研究组总有效率为90.48%,明显高于常规组的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组LVEDD、LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组LVEDD明显低于常规组(P<0.05),同时研究组LVEF明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组HAMA、HAMD评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预前两组PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者实施耳穴贴压,能有效增加治疗效果,减轻患者抑郁、焦虑情况,改善患者心脏功能与睡眠质量,值得临床推广。Objective To objectively evaluate the effect of auricular acupoint pressing on the cardiac function and mental state of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Eighty-three patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the study group(n=42)and the conventional group(n=41).The conventional group used routine care for nursing care,and the study group used auricular acupoint pressing care on the basis of the treatment in the routine group.The effective rate of auricular acupoint pressing,cardiac function,anxiety,depression score,and sleep quality between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group after the intervention(90.48%)was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(73.17%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LVEDD and LVEF between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The LVEDD of the study group after the intervention was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),while the LVEF of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying auricular acupoint pressing to patients with chronic heart failure can effectively increase the therapeutic effect,reduce depression and anxiety,and improve the cardiac function and sleep quality of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
