高校图书馆学习共享空间读者利用行为研究:以4所高校为例

摘　　要：通过对高校图书馆新建的学习共享空间读者利用行为展开调查分析,能够为高校图书馆空间用户服务创新提供依据和参考。在实地、文献和网络调查的基础上,综合运用问卷、访谈和观察方法梳理和分析了广州和长沙大学城4所高校图书馆学习共享空间建设现状,用户空间利用行为的主体、内容与差异情况,以及用户空间利用行为随时间变化规律。提出建议:重视用户的隐性空间利用行为,协调图书馆空间、资源与人的关系,完善图书馆空间行为评估体系,关注用户空间使用行为体验。The investigation and analysis of the readers’ use behavior of the newly-built learning shared space in the university library can provide basis and reference for the innovation of user service in the university library space.Based on field,literature,and network surveys,a comprehensive use of questionnaires,interviews,and observations,the paper sorts out and analyzes the status quo of learning shared space construction,the subject,content,differences of user space utilization,and the law of user space utilization over time in four university libraries in Guangzhou and Changsha University Town,and puts forward some suggestions:pay attention to users’ hidden space utilization behavior,coordinate the relationship between library space,resources and people,improve the library space behavior evaluation system,and pay attention to user space usage behavior experience.
