高岭土附属产品用于生产陶瓷坯料的试验研究

摘　　要：粗砂、细砂和瓷石是高岭土矿山企业常见的附属产品,有效解决这些产品的出路对企业具有重要意义。通过分析三种产品的成分和矿物组成,提出将其作为原料直接用于生产日用陶瓷或卫生陶瓷的坯料。试验结果表明:以粗砂、细砂和瓷石为原料,配合适当的粘土可生产出符合要求的配方坯料,且有较好的经济效益。Coarse sand,fine sand and porcelain stone are by-products of Kaolin mining enterprises,it is important to seek the way out of those by-products for Kaolin mining enterprises.According to the component and mineral composition of those by-products,they can be used as raw materials of domestic ceramics or sanitary ceramics.Experimental results show that with coarse sand,fine sand,porcelain stone and clay as raw materials,production of body material is feasible in technicality and economic.
