摘　　要：介绍了12.OMt/a常减压蒸馏装置的工业加热炉进行低NOx气体燃烧器改造情况,以满足排放烟气中污染物的环保要求。该型燃烧器是一种燃烧效率高的节能环保型燃烧器,具有火焰形状规则、刚直有力、呈淡蓝色火苗,结构简单,部件检修拆装方便等特点,并可实现不停炉在线安装改造,且节能效果显著。The low NOx gas burner of industrial furnace in 12.0Mt/acrude distillation unit was introduced to meet the env ironmental protection requirements of pollutants in flue gas.This type of burner is an energy-saving and env ironmentally friendly burner with high combustion efficiency.It has the characteristics of regular flame shape,straight and powerful,light blue flame,simple structure,convenient ma intenance and disassembly of components,and can be installed online without stopping the furnace,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
