摘 要:以Fe(NO3)3·9H2O、Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、硫粉或NaH2PO2·H2O为原料,通过两步法合成了FeS2/NiS2和FeP/Ni2P复合材料,通过XRD、SEM和TEM对材料的结构和形貌进行了表征,通过电化学测试研究了两种催化剂的析氧电催化性能。结果表明,上述催化剂均具有很好的催化性能。在电流密度为10 mA/cm^2时,FeP/Ni2P需要较小的过电势(300 mV),表现出比FeS2/NiS2(370 mV)更好的催化活性。FeP/Ni2P催化剂相应的塔菲尔斜率(48 mV/dec)也比FeS2/NiS2(71 mV/dec)小,表明在析氧反应中FeP/Ni2P催化剂具有更好的催化动力学性能。FeS2/NiS2 and FeP/Ni2P composites were synthesized by two-step method using Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,Ni(NO3)2·6H2O,sulfur powder or NaH2PO2·H2O as raw materials.The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.The electrocatalytic performances of these two catalysts for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)were investigated by electrochemical measurement.The results showed that the above-mentioned catalysts exhibited excellent catalytic performances.At a current density of 10 mA/cm^2,FeP/Ni2P composites presented a small overpotential of 300 mV and exhibited better catalytic activity than FeS2/NiS2(370 m V).The corresponding Tafel slope values of FeP/Ni2P and FeS2/NiS2 catalysts were 48 and 71 mV/dec,indicating that FeP/Ni2P catalyst had more favorable electrocatalytic kinetics for OER than FeS2/NiS2.
