摘 要:以烯丙基醇聚氧乙烯醚500(APEG-500)、苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)、羧酸单体(丙烯酸或衣康酸)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,合成了具有不同羧酸单体的两性聚羧酸盐水煤浆分散剂。采用FTIR、1HNMR对分散剂的结构进行表征,并结合水煤浆表观黏度、XPS、Zeta电位、接触角、稳定性等测试,讨论了羧酸单体对分散剂的分散性能的影响,探究了分散剂与煤粒表面的作用机理。结果表明,当DMDAAC用量为单体质量之和的6.0%时,两性聚羧酸盐分散剂对水煤浆的表观黏度降低效果优于阴离子型的聚羧酸盐分散剂;羧酸单体为衣康酸的两性聚羧酸盐分散剂性能更优,使陕西榆林煤最大固体质量分数达到66.5%,Zeta电位由榆林煤的–20.8 mV变化到–32.4 mV,吸附层厚度和饱和吸附量分别为2.56 nm和3.23 mg/g,对煤粒的润湿性更好,浆体的稳定性显著提高,表明双羧基比单羧基更能提高分散剂性能。Two amphoteric polycarboxylate brine coal slurry dispersants with different carboxylic acid monomers were synthesized with allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether 500(APEG-500),sodium p-styrenesulf onate(SSS),carboxylic acid monomers(acrylic or itaconic acid),dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)as raw materials.The structure of dispersants was characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR.The influence of carboxylic acid monomer on dispersant performance was discussed and the mechanism of action between dispersant and coal particle surface was explored by the viscosity of coal water slurry,XPS,Zeta potential,contact angle,stability and other tests.The results showed that when the dosage of DMDAAC was 6.0%of the total mass of monomers,the effects of amphoteric polycarboxylate dispersants on reducing the apparent viscosity of coal water slurry were better than that of anionic dispersant.When the carboxylic acid monomer was itaconic acid,the prepared dispersant exhibited better performances.This dispersant made the maximum solid mass fraction of Yulin coal in Shaanxi reach 66.5%,the Zeta potential change from–20.8 m V to–32.4 mV.The thickness of adsorption film and the saturated adsorption capacity were 2.56 nm and 3.23 mg/g respectively,the wettability of coal particles was better,and the stability of slurry was significantly improved.The results indicated that the dicarboxyl group could improve the performance of dispersant more than monocarboxyl group.
