提升北部湾港物流通关速度的对策建议

摘　　要：随着“一带一路”和西部陆海新通道的建设,北部湾港扮演着越来越重要的角色,其物流通关速度直接关系着西部陆海新通道的效率,关系着中国与东盟的发展速度和水平。文章通过对北部湾港物流通关速度现状的研究,找出存在问题,并提出从提升基础建设,完善国际贸易“单一窗口”、推进海关监管模式改革、强化与企业的对话交流等多方面施力,推动智慧港口建设,实现数据共享,提高北部湾港物流通关速度。With the construction of"Belt and Road"and the new land and sea channel in western China,Beibu gulf port plays an increasingly important role.The speed of logistics clearance is directly related to the efficiency of the new land and sea channel in western China,as well as the development speed and level of China and ASEAN.By studying the current situation of the logistics clearance speed of Beibu gulf port,this paper finds out the existing problems,and proposes to improve infrastructure,improve the"single window"of international trade,promote the reform of the customs regulations,strengthening dialogue and exchanges with the enterprise aspects of work,promote the wisdom of port construction,realize the data sharing,raise the beibu gulf port logistics,customs clearance speed.
