裹包材料和层数对牧草青贮品质的影响研究

摘　　要：为了提高天然牧草利用率,筛选适合当地青贮的最适裹包材料,探讨不同裹包层数对天然牧草青贮营养品质、发酵品质和微生物的影响,试验以天然牧草为材料,采用双因素试验设计[裹包材料(IPEX拉伸回缩膜、PVC收缩膜和PE缠绕膜)和裹包层数(4,5,6层)],共设9个处理,每个处理3次重复,青贮60 d后开袋测定天然牧草营养品质[干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、可溶性糖(WSC)]、发酵品质[pH值、乳酸(LA)、乙酸(AA)、丙酸(PA)、丁酸(BA)、氨态氮(NH3-N)]和微生物[乳酸菌(LAB)、一般好氧细菌(AB)、大肠杆菌(CB)、酵母菌(Y)、霉菌(M)]。结果表明:裹包层数为6层的IPEX拉伸回缩膜裹包CP含量最高,为10.91%DM;LA含量最高,含量为39.73%FM;NH3-N含量最低,为1.53%FM;乳酸菌含量最高,为5.81 lgcfu/g FM。说明呼伦贝尔地区使用6层的IPEX拉伸回缩膜裹包青贮可以有效保持其营养品质和发酵品质,提高乳酸菌含量。In order to improve the utilization rate of native grass,select the optimal wrapping package materials for local silage,and explore the effects of different coating layers on nutritional quality,fermentation quality and microorganisms of native grass silage,native grass was selected as experimental material and designed by two-factor test.One factor was different wrapping materials(IPEX stretching retracting film,PVC shrinking film and PE winding film),and the other factor was the number of wrapping layers(4,5 and 6 layers).A total of 9 treatments were set up,and each treatment was repeated for 3 times.After 60 days of silage,the nutritional quality(DM,CP,NDF,ADF,and WSC),fermentation quality(pH,LA,AA,BA,PA,and NH3-N),microbial quantity(LAB,AB,CB,Y,and M)of native grass were determined.The results showed that the crude protein content of native grass with 6-layer IPEX stretch-retracted film was the highest,which was 10.91%DM;the lactic acid content was the highest,which was 39.73%FM;the content of ammoniacal nitrogen was the lowest,which was 1.53%FM;the content of lactic acid bacteria was the highest,which was 5.81 lg cfu/g.The results indicated that the nutritional and fermentation quality of native grass could be effectively preserved,and the content of lactic acid bacteria could be improved when the native grass in Hulunbuir area was wrapped with 6 layers of IPEX stretching retracting film.
