摘　　要：为解决北京西站现有运营管理模式中由于业务流程冗杂、作业地点分散、各系统信息不共享带来的管理问题,通过分析生产管控、安全卡控、设备管理和应急指挥等北京西站安全生产调度指挥发展现状,从业务层、应用层、服务层和数据层等方面,设计北京西站安全生产调度指挥信息系统的总体架构方案,从生产管控模块、安全卡控模块、设备管理模块和应急指挥模块等方面,提出北京西站安全生产调度指挥信息系统业务功能模块,从而统筹生产管理,提速信息传递,优化作业流程,保障北京西站运输安全生产。To solve the management problems caused by existing operation and management mode of Beijing West Railway Station,such as the complicated business processes,scattered work spaces,isolated information systems,this paper analyzes the development status of production control,safety control,equipment management and emergency dispatching of Beijing West Railway Station,and designs the overall architecture of the traffic control information system from the aspects of business layer,application layer,service layer and data layer.The business modules of the traffic control information system include production control module,safety control module,equipment management module and emergency dispatching module.The proposed system will help coordinate the production management,speed up the information transmission,optimize the operation process,and ensure the transportation safety of Beijing West Railway Station.
