摘  要:铁路集装箱场站是铁路物流系统的重要节点,为提升集装箱场站物流服务能力和装备利用效率,基于我国铁路集装箱场站调度协同现状,针对因缺乏信息化、自动化、智能化手段支撑,导致场站作业调度协同能力不足、设施设备综合利用率不高的问题,明确铁路集装箱场站调度协同优化目标,构建包含数据采集、信息传输、智能处理、作业应用和决策支持5个子系统的铁路集装箱场站调度协同优化体系,按照建立数据采集源点、智能管理系统和智能调度数据中心分阶段实施步骤,分层次推动铁路集装箱场站调度协同优化体系建设。Railway container yard is an important node of railway logistics system,so it is important to improve the logistics service capacity and equipment utilization efficiency of railway container yard.Based on the current situation of railway container yard scheduling coordination in China,in order to solve the problem of lacking the means of informationization,automation and intelligence,which leads to the lack of collaborative ability of station operation resources and low comprehensive utilization of facilities and equipment,the collaborative optimization system of railway container yard scheduling including 5 subsystems:data acquisition,information transmission,intelligent processing,operation application and decision support,is constructed.The construction path of collaborative optimization system construction of railway container yard scheduling had three steps,including construction of data acquisition source point,intelligent management system and intelligent dispatching data center.The collaborative optimization system of railway container yard scheduling shall be constructed following this path on the stage and layer basis.
