中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎肺气肿的研究

摘　　要：目的研究慢性支气管炎肺气肿采取中医辨证治疗的疗效。方法于我院患者中随机抽取64例,分为两组,对照组采取西药治疗,观察组采取中医辨证治疗,对比两组疗效。结果对照组FEV1(2.28±0.57)L,FVC(2.84±0.79)L。观察组FEV1(2.71±0.59)L,FVC(3.75±0.81)L。对照组咳嗽(1.67±0.34)分、咳痰(1.78±0.40)分、气喘(1.72±0.42)分。观察组咳嗽(0.81±0.13)分、咳痰(0.79±0.17)分、气喘(0.76±0.19)分。对照组心悸2例(6.25%)、胃肠不适4例(12.50%),头晕/疲乏3例(9.38%),合计9例(28.13%)。观察组心悸1例(3.13%)、头晕/疲乏1例(3.13%)、未见胃肠不适(0),合计2例(6.25%)。两组临床疗效和不良反应对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对慢性支气管炎肺气肿患者采取中医辨证治疗,可有效改善肺功能,缓解其临床症状,治疗过程中出现不良反应较少,治疗安全。Objective To study the curative eff ect of TCM syndrome diff erentiation on emphysema of chronic bronchitis.Methods Sixty-four patients in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome diff erentiation.Results FEV1(2.28±0.57)L and FVC(2.84±0.79)L in control group.FEV1(2.71±0.59)L and FVC(3.75±0.81)L in the observation group.In the control group,cough(1.67±0.34),expectoration(1.78±0.40),asthma(1.72±0.42).In the observation group,cough(0.81±0.13),expectoration(0.79±0.17),asthma(0.76±0.19).In the control group,there were 2 cases of palpitation(6.25%),4 cases of gastrointestinal discomfort(12.50%),3 cases of dizziness/fatigue(9.38%).Nine cases(28.13%)in the control group had adverse reactions.In the observation group,there was 1 case of palpitation(3.13%),1 case of dizziness/fatigue(3.13%),no gastrointestinal discomfort was found(0),2 cases(6.25%)in total.There were significant differences in clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for chronic bronchitis emphysema patients can eff ectively improve lung function and relieve their clinical symptoms.There are fewer adverse reactions in the treatment process.
