金刚藤咀嚼片联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察金刚藤咀嚼片联合西药(甲硝唑、盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊)治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的效果。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月医院收治的72例慢性盆腔炎患者为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将72例慢性盆腔炎患者分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。对照组采用抗菌药物(甲硝唑片、盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊)进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服中成药制剂金刚藤咀嚼片。两组治疗周期均为4周,在治疗结束后根据患者症状、妇科检查、白带常规、BV、血常规及妇科B超评价疗效,并比较不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.67%,对照组临床治疗总有效率为77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均有个别患者出现不良反应,组间不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金刚藤咀嚼片联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床效果确切,用药后的不良反应少。Objective To observe the eff ect of jingangteng chewable tablets combined with western medicine(metronidazole,levofl oxacin hydrochloride capsules)in the treatment of chronic pelvic infl ammatory disease.Methods Select 72 patients with chronic pelvic infl ammatory disease admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 as the observation objects,72 patients with chronic pelvic infl ammatory disease were divided into two groups,36 cases in observation group or control group.The control group was treated with antibiotics(metronidazole tablets,levofl oxacin hydrochloride capsules),on this basis,the observation group was given jingangteng chewable tablets.After treatment,the effi cacy and adverse reactions were evaluated according to the patient's symptoms,gynecological examination,leucorrhea routine,BV,blood routine and gynecological B-ultrasound.Results The clinical total eff ective rate of the observation group and the control group was 91.67%and 77.78%respetively,there was signifi cant diff erence in two groups(P<0.05).There were individual adverse reactions in both groups,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was 11.11%,with no signifi cant diff erence in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jingangteng chewable tablets combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic infl ammatory disease has defi nite clinical effi cacy and less adverse reactions.
