手术室优质护理对痔瘘手术的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室优质护理对痔瘘手术的意义。方法80例痔瘘手术患者均为2018年1月至2019年1月在大连大学附属新华医院治疗患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取手术室优质护理,比较两组患者护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及护理满意度。结果试验组各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可改善痔瘘患者的心理状态,缓解患者的不良状态,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the signifi cance of high qu ality nursing in operating room for hemorrhoid fi stula surgery.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in Dalian University Affi liated Xinhua Hospital 80 surgical patients,randomly divided into exp erimental group and the control group,40 cases in each group,the control group take routine nursing care,the experimental group with high quality to the operating room nursing,compared two groups of patients after nursing psychological SDS and SAS scores,and nursing satisfaction.Results The indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the psychological state of patients,alleviate the adverse state of patients,improve nursing satisfaction.
