循证护理在产后抑郁症家庭护理干预中的应用疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在产后抑郁症家庭护理干预中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月足月分娩的社区产妇102例为研究对象,产后均实行家庭护理干预,并按摸球法随机分组:将采取常规家庭护理模式者设为对照组(n=51),将采取循证护理模式者设为研究组(n=51),就两组产妇的产后抑郁症发生率、抑郁状况以及主观护理体验差异进行统计学分析。结果①在产妇出院后第15天、第30天,研究组产妇参考汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(t=15.885、29.352,P=0.000、0.000);②研究组的产后抑郁症发生率1.96%低于对照组的15.69%(χ^2=4.387,P=0.036);③研究组主观护理体验优良率100.00%高于对照组的88.24%(χ^2=4.427,P=0.035)。结论循证护理在产后抑郁症家庭护理干预中的应用价值显著,可有效预防产后抑郁症发生,并减轻产妇抑郁症状。Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in family nursing intervention of postpartum depression.Methods One hundred and two community parturient who were hospitalized for full-term delivery from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of touching the ball:the control group(n=51)was set up with the routine family nursing mode and the study group(n=51)was set up with the evidence-based nursing mode and the diff erence of subjective nursing experience was statistically analyzed.Result(1)On the 15th and 30th days after discharge,the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(t=15.885,29.352,P=0.000,0.000);(2)the incidence of postpartum depression in the study group was 1.96%lower than that in the control group(15.69%)(χ^2=4.387,P=0.036);(3)The excellent rate of subjective nursing experience in the study group was 100.00%higher than that in the control group(88.24%)(χ^2=4.427,P=0.035).Conclusion The application value of evidence-based nursing in the family nursing intervention of postpartum depression is signifi cant.It can eff ectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum depression,reduce the symptoms of maternal depression,and provide ideal nursing experience.
