护理风险管理策略在提高心内科护理安全和满意度中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理策略应用在提升心内科护理安全和满意度中的效果,以便为临床的干预工作提供参考。方法本研究时间为2017年1月至2018年10月,将在此期间我院心内科收治的88例患者作为调查对象,按照随机方法分为观察组(44例)和对照组(44例)。两组患者均予以常规的治疗方法进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规的风险管理措施进行干预,观察组配合护理风险管理策略进行干预,对不同风险管理之下的效果进行评价和比较。结果观察组护理纠纷发生率为4.55%,对照组为22.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理风险发生率为2.27%,对照组为25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分为(98.25±1.01)分,对照组为(89.05±1.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分为(97.05±2.02)分,对照组为(78.25±3.06)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分为(93.05±3.45)分,对照组为(80.28±5.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理风险管理策略应用在心内科护理中可有效提升心内科护理的安全性,减少相关护理风险和护理纠纷,对于提高患者的满意度和生活质量具有重要的意义,可全面的改善护理质量。Objective To investigate the eff ect of nursing risk management application in improving the safety and satisfaction of cardiology,so as to provide a scientifi c reference for clinical intervention.Methods The time of this project was selected from January 2017 to October 2018,88 patients who were admitted to our department of cardiology during this period were included in this survey,and they were randomly divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases).The two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment methods,while the control group patients were treated with routine risk management measures.The observation group cooperated with nursing risk management measures to evaluate and compare the eff ects under diff erent risk management.Results The incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group was 4.55%,and the control group was 22.73%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing risk in the observation group was 2.27%,and the control group was 25.00%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the observation group's nursing quality score was(98.25±1.01)points,the control group was(89.05±1.52)points,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the observation group's satisfaction score was(97.05±2.02)points,the control group was(78.25±3.06)points,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the observation group's quality of life score was(93.05±3.45)points,the control group was(80.28±5.25)points,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management strategy in cardiology nursing can eff ectively improve the safety of cardiology nursing and reduce the incidence of related nursing risks and nursing disputes.It is of great signifi cance for improving patient satisfaction and quality of life.
