多样性心理护理对宫颈癌患者围手术期的影响

摘　　要：目的对宫颈癌患者围手术期实施多样性心理护理的效果进行观察。方法选取86例宫颈癌手术患者为研究对象,均为凌源市中心医院在2018年6月至2019年6月接受治疗,随机分为对照组(n=43,给予常规护理)与观察组(n=43,在常规护理基础上实施多样性心理护理)。对两组患者护理前后心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度等指标进行对比。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组躯体疼痛、精神健康、社会功能及总体健康等生活质量指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度对比,观察组为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,P<0.05。结论多样性心理护理在宫颈癌患者围手术期护理中应用,护理效果较好,可显著提升患者生活质量,缓解其不良情绪。Objective To observe the effect of various psychological nursing on cervical cancer patients in perioperative period.Methods Eighty-six patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery were selected as the research objects,all of whom were treated at Lingyuan Central Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=43,given routine care)and an observation group(n=43,implementing diverse psychological care based on routine care).The mental status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the observation group had physical pain,mental health,social function and overall,the scores of health and other quality of life indicators were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);compared with nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than the control group's 79.07%,P<0.05.Conclusion Diversifi ed psychological nursing is applied in the perioperative nursing of patients with cervical cancer,and the nursing eff ect is good,which can signifi cantly improve the quality of life of patients and relieve their bad mood.
