预见性护理干预在非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理干预在非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者中的应用价值。方法选择我院2018年10月至2019年7月收治的80例非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者,予以患者治疗的基础上按照就诊顺序分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),分别行常规护理、预见性护理干预。比较两组非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者治疗依从率、护理满意度、再出血率以及BRS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、血尿素氮、血红蛋白指标水平的差异。结果观察组患者治疗依从率、护理满意度、血红蛋白指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),再出血率、布拉奇福德(BRS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、血尿素氮水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预可以满足非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者的护理需求,护理预后状况良好。Objective To explore the application value of predictive nursing intervention in patients with non-varices gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods We selected 80 patients with non-varices gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to July 2019.Based on the treatment of the patients,they were divided into a control group(n=40,routine nursing)and an observation group(n=40,predictive nursing intervention).The diff erences in treatment compliance rate,nursing satisfaction,rebleeding rate,BRS score,SAS score,SDS score,blood urea nitrogen and hemoglobin index levels were compared between the two groups of patients with non-varices gastrointestinal bleeding.Results Observation group patients'treatment compliance rate,nursing satisfaction,hemoglobin index levels are higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),rebleeding rate,Blatchford(BRS)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and blood urea nitrogen level were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can meet the nursing needs of patients with non-varices gastrointestinal bleeding,and the nursing prognosis is good.
