摘 要:为了解决浅埋深薄基岩大采高综采面开切眼支护参数不合理,支护系统效能不足的问题,以红柳林矿25206工作面开切眼为工程背景,采用现场监测、数值模拟、理论分析、现场实践等手段对开切眼支护系统进行研究。研究表明:开切眼原支护参数能够较好控制围岩变形,但存在支护强度过高,锚杆(索)未能达到其额定支护阻力的问题;基于锚杆(索)协同支护方法,建立锚杆基础支护,锚索补强支护协同支护系统,计算合理支护参数,并利用数值分析进行锚杆和锚索方案的合理性和可靠性验证,确定在预紧力取50 kN时,顶板锚杆长度2.6 m,间排距1200 mm×1200 mm,帮锚杆长度2.2 m,间排距1200 mm×1200 mm,锚索直径17.8 mm,长度6.0 m,能够较好控制巷道围岩变形;优化支护方案后,顶部锚杆最大支护阻力稳定值78 kN,帮部锚杆为65 k N,顶部锚索为118 k N,锚杆(索)支护阻力显著提升,支护效能明显提高。通过矿井支护优化研究,形成了一套较完善的支护体系。In order to solve the problems of unreasonable open-off cut support parameters and insufficient support system efficiency in fully-mechanized top-coal mining face with shallow burial depth,thin bedrock and large mining height,the open-off cut support system in No.25206 working face of Hongliulin Mine was used as the engineering background by means of field monitoring,numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and field practice and other methods to study the open-off cut support system.The results show that the original supporting parameters of the open-off cut can better control the deformation of surrounding rock,but the supporting strength is too high,and the bolt(cable)fails to meet its rated supporting resistance.Based on the bolt(cable)collaborative support method,the anchor rod foundation support and cable reinforcement collaborative supporting system was established,reasonable support parameters were calculated.By using numerical analysis to verify the rationality and reliability of the bolt and anchor cable scheme,it was determined that when the pretightening force is 50 k N,the roof bolt length is 2.6 m,row spacing is 1200 mm×1200 mm,the anchor bolt length is 2.2 m,the row spacing is 1200 mm×1200 mm,the anchor cable diameter is 17.8 mm,and the length is 6.0 m,it can control deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway;after the optimization of the support scheme,the maximum working resistance of the top bolt is 78 k N,the maximum stablility value of the side bolt is 65 k N,and the maximum stablility value of the top bolt is 118 k N.The support resistance of bolt(cable)is significantly increased,and the support efficiency is obviously improved.Through the research of mine support optimization,a set of complete support system has been formed.
