摘　　要：目的探讨社会经济状况对房颤射频消融术疗效的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月于南京医科大学第一附属医院行房颤射频消融的患者,收集临床资料、随访射频消融术后复发情况,分析社会经济状况对房颤射频消融疗效的影响。结果本研究共纳入患者954例,其中阵发性房颤494例,持续性房颤460例,平均随访(21.4±10.9)个月,共202(21.2%)例复发。复发组与未复发组在房颤类型、左心房内径、房颤患者卒中风险评估CHA 2 S 2-VASc积分、月收入等方面差异显著(P<0.05)。多因素回归分析提示,房颤类型、左房内径、月收入是房颤复发的独立预测因素。结论患者的社会经济状况可能对房颤射频消融术后的复发有一定影响。Objective To investigate the effects of socioeconomic condition on radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation.Methods Patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled.Their clinical data and follow-up data were collected,and the effects of socioeconomic condition on radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation were analyzed.Results A total of 954 patients were enrolled,including 494 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and 460 cases of persistent atrial fibrillation.The average follow-up period was(21.4±10.9)months.A total of 202(21.2%)patients suffered from atrial fibrillation recurrence.Significant differences were found in the type of atrial fibrillation,left atrial diameter,CHA 2 S 2-VASc score for atrial fibrillation stroke risk,and monthly income between the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group(P<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis suggested that the type of atrial fibrillation,left atrial diameter,and monthly income were the independent predictors of atrial fibrillation recurrence.Conclusions The socioeconomic condition of patients may influence the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation.
