保护动机理论对重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于保护动机理论的护理对重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿症状及生活质量的影响。方法:选取无锡市人民医院儿童医院2017年5月~2019年5月收治的重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿106例,其中行常规护理的患儿53例作为对照组,行基于保护动机理论护理的患儿53例作为观察组,对比两组患儿的症状恢复情况、护理前后生活质量变化及家属满意度。结果:观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿护理2周后生理、心理、独立性、社会关系、环境、精神支柱评分均高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于保护动机理论护理应用于重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿可有效促进其临床症状恢复,改善生活质量,提升家属满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of nursing on the symptoms and quality of life in children with severe pneumonia combined with heart failure based on the protection motivation theory.Method 106 children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled.53 children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure who underwent routine care were included as control group,and 53 children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure based on protection motivation theory were used as observation group.Compare the recovery of symptoms in the two groups,the quality of life before and after care,and the satisfaction of family members.Results The fever,cough,dyspnea,time of disappearance of lung rales,and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The physical,psychological,independence,and social status of the observation group after 2 weeks of nursing.The scores of relationship,environment,and spiritual pillars were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing in children with severe pneumonia combined with heart failure based on the theory of protective motivation can effectively promote the recovery of clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and improve family satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
