Objective To compare the oxygen absorption effect of the self-made Tracheotomy oxygen mask with the traditional method of oxygen absorption after tracheotomy.Method Selection of 98 patients with postoperative tracheotomy after cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital,In 49 cases of observation group, oxygen was absorbed by a homemade tracheotomy oxygen absorber,In control group,49 patients received oxygen by traditional tracheotomy. To compare the blood oxygen saturation with the Positive rate of sputum bacteria culture after oxygen absorption 3、6 and 9 d under the same oxygen flow conditions. Results To compare blood oxygen saturation after oxygen absorption between observation group and control group in 3,6 and 9 d,The differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive culture rate of sputum bacteria in group 3,6 and 9 d was compared with that of control group.None of the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made tracheotomy oxygen absorption mask has better effect than traditional tracheotomy oxygen absorption method and does not increase the risk of respiratory bacterial infection. It′s a better way to absorb oxygen.
