摘 要:82B是八钢近些年来开发的新品种线材,生产工艺正处于逐步优化的阶段。作为高强度预应力钢丝和钢绞线,82B对钢水的纯净度有着极高的要求。文章介绍了转炉通过“高拉碳”的方法,将82B出钢的终点碳含量控制在0.30%以上,较原有工艺出钢碳含量提高了60%,通过转炉的高碳出钢,一方面降低了炉内钢水的氧含量,减少了脱氧合金与增碳合金的加入量,提高了82B的铸坯质量。同时也使得钢水到达LF精炼炉的初始碳成分更加均匀稳定,缩短LF炉的冶炼周期,降低了LF冶炼过程中的增碳难度,缩短了LF炉的冶炼周期,降低了生产成本。82B is a new kind of wire rod developed by Bayi Steel.In recent years,its production technology is in the stage of gradual optimization.As high strength prestressed wire and wire,82B has high requirements for the purity of steel.This paper introduces the method of high carbon drawing in converter,which can control the end point content of 82B outlet above 0.30%,which is 60%higher than that of the original process.Through the high carbon copper production of the converter,the oxygen content of molten steel is reduced,the quality of 82B is increased.At the same time,the initial carbon composition of molten copper reaching the LF refining furnace is more uniform and stable,The refining cycle is shortened,the difficulty of breaking in LF refining process is reduced,and the production cost is reduced.
