摘  要:对不同厚度钢板超声检测一般使用双晶纵波直探头。结合八钢中厚板产品规格,通过检测实践找出不同焦距的探头性能,从探头盲区范围以及探头检测最佳范围而准确对应选择检测不同厚度的钢板,并且固化在钢板超声探伤作业中,便捷操作并保证了生产顺行。Double crystal longitudinal wave probe is usually used for ultrasonic testing of steel plates with different thickness.According to the specifications of medium and heavy plate products of Bayi Steel.,the performance of probes with different focal lengths is found out through testing practice.Steel plates with different thicknesses are accurately selected from the scope of probe blind area and the best range of probe detection,and are solidified in ultrasonic flaw detection of steel plates,which is convenient to operate and ensure smooth production.
