摘　　要：正电子发射断层显像(Positron Emission Tomography,PET)是可以反应活体生化代谢的影像设备,具有高灵敏性及高特异性的特点。PET对组织结构形态的分辨率差,而X线计算机断层显像(X-ray Computed Tomography,CT)具有极高的组织形态分辨率,因此将二者结合起来,既可以反应疾病的生化代谢特点,又可以反映组织病理结构。18氟-脱氧葡萄糖作为目前临床上最常用的PET显像剂,在肿瘤性疾病显像中有其独特的优势。随着PET-CT在上海市各级医院的普及,需要标准化的报告规范,以便更好的为临床工作、科研、教学等提供依据。因此,根据国际指南及以往经验总结,上海市核医学专家制定了上海市18F-FDG PET-CT肿瘤显像报告要素规范,内容包括肿瘤显像报告的基本信息、简要病史、采集信息、影像描述、对比及报告结论等基本要素规范。旨在为18F-FDG PET-CT肿瘤显像报告提供可参考的依据。Positron emission tomography(PET)is an imaging device which can reflect the biochemical metabolism in vivo,which possesses the characteristics of high sensitivity and specificity.PET has poor resolution of tissue morphology,while X-ray computed tomography(CT)possesses a high resolution of tissue morphology.Therefore,the combination of PET and CT could not only reflect the biochemical and metabolic characteristics of diseases,but also reflect the pathological structure of tissues.As the most commonly used PET imaging agent,18-fluorodeoxyglucose has its unique advantages in tumor imaging.With the popularization of PET-CT in hospitals at all levels in Shanghai,standardized reporting format is needed.In order to provide PET-CT reports with high quality to provide basis for clinical work,scientific research and teaching,standard for 18F-FDG PET-CT tumor imaging reportwas proposed.According to the international guidelines and previous experience,experts of nuclear medicine in shanghai formulated the elements and specification of 18F-FDG PET-CT tumor imaging report in shanghai,including the scope of use,report format,report content,etc.,providing reference standard for 18F-FDG PET-CT tumor imaging report.
