摘　　要：正电子发射断层显像/磁共振成像(Positron Emission Tomography/Magnetic Resonance,PET-MR)作为国际最尖端的医学影像设备之一,将PET与MR结合为一体,与广泛应用的正电子发射断层显像/X线计算机断层显像(Positron Emission Tomography/X-ray Computed Tomography,PET-CT)相比,有着更高的软组织分辨率,同时也避免了CT带来的X线辐射伤害。但由于其设备普及率低,检查价格昂贵,目前尚未广泛应用于临床诊疗。自2018年起,国内已有十多家医疗机构开展了PET-MR检查,随着18-氟-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-fluorodeoxyglucose,18F-FDG)PET-MR检查在上海市医疗机构的开展,需要标准化的报告规范,以便更好的为临床工作、科研、教学等提供依据。因此,为规范18F-FDG PET-MR肿瘤显像报告,根据国际指南及既往经验总结,上海市核医学专家制定了上海市18F-FDG PET-MR肿瘤显像报告要素规范,内容包括18F-FDG PET-MR肿瘤显像报告的基本信息、简要病史、采集信息、影像描述、对比及报告结论等基本要素规范。旨在为18F-FDG PET-MR肿瘤显像报告提供可参考的依据。Positron emission tomography/magnetic resonance(PET-MR)is one of the most advanced medical imaging equipment in the world.Compared with positron emission tomography/X-ray computed tomography(PETCT),PET-MR has higher resolution for soft tissue without the damage of X-ray radiation caused by CT.However,due to its low rate of coverage and high price,PET-MR is hard to be widely used in clinical practice.Since 2018,more than ten medical institutions in China have carried out PET-MR examination.In order to provide high quality PET-MR reports to provide basis for clinical work,scientific research and teaching,standard for 18F-FDG PET-MR tumor imaging report was proposed.According to the international guidelines and previous experience,experts of nuclear medicine in shanghai formulated the elements and specification of 18F-FDG PET-MR tumor imaging report in shanghai,including the scope of use,report format,report content,etc.,providing reference standard for 18F-FDG PET/MR tumor imaging report.
