摘　　要：在我国的社会保障制度体系中,农村社会保障制度是非常重要的一环。由于历史原因,农村和城市的社会保障还存在较大差距。建立完善我国农村社会保障制度,要从政府扶持、完善立法、完善筹资渠道等方面来创造良好条件,并辅以集体、家庭保障,最终实现城乡统筹的社会保障制度,从而促进社会和谐,实现经济发展。The rural social security system is a very important link in China's social security system.Due to historical reasons,there is still a big gap between rural and urban social security.To establish and improve China's rural social security system,we should create favorable conditions in terms of government support,legislation and financing channels,supplemented by collective and family security,so as to finally establish a sound social security system for urban and rural development,promote social harmony and realize economic development.
