关于辽宁省港口安全风险管控工作机制建设的思考

摘　　要：港口安全风险管控工作是交通运输行业工作中的一项重点内容,特别是港口危险货物安全监管更是行业管理的重中之重。辽宁省是港口危险货物储运大省,辽宁省港口行政管理部门根据自身特点,积极开展了大量港口安全风险管控相关工作。管理部门建章立制,加快港口安全风险管控和安全监管法规制度体系建设,积极推动风险管控试点工作,抓实基础工作,深化安全管理研究,创新监管模式,通过各种手段,保障辽宁省港口安全。Port safety risk management and control is a key content in the transportation industry,especially the safety supervision on dangerous goods of port is the top priority of the industry management.Liaoning province is a large one for the storage and transportation of dangerous goods of port.According to its own characteristics,Liaoning port administrative department has actively carried out a large number of relevant work of port safety risk management and control.The management departments should establish rules and regulations,speed up the construction of port safety risk management and control and safety supervision regulations and systems,actively promote the pilot work of risk management and control,grasp the basic work,deepen the research on safety management,innovate the supervision mode,and ensure the port safety of Liaoning province by various means.
