摘  要:针对传统谐波责任划分方法的普适性问题,从谐波电压、谐波电流以及谐波能量等多角度提出一种适应现代配电网复杂工况下谐波责任综合划分指标。从非线性负荷本质上提出了一种新的电压畸变度指标和电流畸变度指标。规避了背景谐波的影响并解决了投影法存在的分歧,谐波责任划分明确。通过分析电网公共连接点畸变功率与系统功率的内在联系,在Emanuel视在功率分解的基础上,以用户侧电流为主导归算谐波复功率交叉项,计算总谐波有功功率责任和总谐波无功功率责任,实现谐波功率责任量化。仿真和实验算例验证了所提方法的有效性和优越性。A comprehensive division index of harmonics is proposed to adapt to the complex working conditions of modern distribution network,which aims at solving the universal harmonic responsibility problems.Firstly,a new voltage distortion index and a current distortion index are proposed from the essence of nonlinear load,which avoids the influence of background harmonics and solves the differences existing in projection method.Secondly,we analyzed the internal relationship between the distorted power of the common connection points of the power grid and the system power on the basis of Emanuel power decomposition with the cross term of harmonic complex power as the leading factor in terms of the user-side current,the realization of the quantification of harmonic power responsibility is achieved by calculating the total harmonic active power responsibility and total harmonic reactive power responsibility.Finally,the simulations and experimental examples verify the rationality and superiority of the proposed method.
