摘 要:采用Apros软件建立了燃气轮机及其联合循环机组仿真模型,分析了联合循环机组变负荷运行特性。研究结果表明,对于采取等透平初温调节方式的燃气轮机,燃气轮机排气温度随机组负荷降低呈先上升后下降趋势,燃气轮机排气流量逐渐减少。与之配套的底循环系统高压蒸汽温度与燃气轮机排气温度的变化趋势一致,而低压蒸汽温度随着燃气轮机负荷降低而逐渐下降。接近点温差在燃气轮机降负荷运行过程中呈逐渐上升趋势,因此在燃气轮机低负荷运行时,更应关注省煤器运行的安全性。通过对联合循环机组热耗率的定量计算可知,采取等透平初温调节方式有助于提升联合循环机组部分负荷工况的经济性。This paper uses Apros software to establish a simulation model of gas turbine and its combined cycle unit,and then analyzes the variable load operation characteristics of the combined cycle unit.The results show that for gas turbines with equal turbine initial temperature regulation,the exhaust temperature of gas turbines increases first and then decreases with the reduction of unit load,with the gas turbine exhaust flow gradually decreased,that the temperature of high pressure steam in the bottom cycle system is consistent with the variation trend of gas turbine exhaust temperature,while the temperature of low pressure steam gradually decreases with the decrease of gas turbine load,and that the near-point temperature difference tends to increase gradually in the process of gas turbine download operation,so more attention should be paid to the safety of economizer operation when gas turbine is running under low load.Through the quantitative calculation of the heat consumption rate of the combined cycle unit,it can be seen that adopting equal turbine initial temperature regulation mode helps improve the economy of the combined cycle unit under partial load conditions.
