摘　　要：采用1978年至2006年年度数据,通过建立SVAR模型定量考察贸易自由化对生产性财政支出、非生产性财政支出、财政收入和总产出的福利效应。研究结果表明:面对贸易自由化的冲击,非生产性财政支出受到负向的影响,生产性财政支出、财政收入和总产出的反应大体为正。其中,对外贸易明显增加生产性财政支出。This paper uses the annual date from 1978 to 2006 to quantitatively examine the welfare effects of trade liberalization on productive fiscal expenditures,non-productive fiscal expenditures,fiscal revenues,and total output.The results indicates that non-productive fiscal expenditure is negatively affected,and the response to productive fiscal expenditure,fiscal revenue and total output is generally positive.Among them,foreign trade has significantly increased productive fiscal expenditure.
