摘　　要：本文通过构建混合寡占垄断竞争的博弈模型,探究外资进入与关税水平的关系,同时考虑成本差异和产品差异对国外企业投资比例和关税水平的影响。研究结果表明:第一,关税水平越高,国外企业对国内企业投资反而越低。在产品差异化处于不同的程度,成本差异对投资比例的影响和关税水平的影响也会不同。第二,当产品差异化处于较高水平时,企业的成本差异越小,外商投资比例越高,出口量越小。当产品差异化处于较低水平时,企业的成本差异越大,外商投资比例越高,出口量越小。随后考虑成本差异和产品差异对关税水平的影响。得到结论与投资比例的表现在产品差异方面相似,在成本差异方面相反。第三,随着成本差异缩小,关税水平也会减小。当产品差异化处于高水平时,产品差异的减小会增加关税水平。当产品差异处于较低水平时,随着产品差异的增加,关税水平会提高。By constructing a game model of mixed oligopoly competition,this paper explores the relationship between foreign investment and tariff level,and considers the influence of cost difference and product difference on foreign enterprises'investment ratio and tariff level.The results show that:first,the higher the tariff level,the lower the investment of foreign enterprises to domestic enterprises.When product differentiation is in different degrees,the impact of cost difference on investment ratio and tariff level will be different.Second,when product differentiation is at a high level,the smaller the cost difference of enterprises,the higher the proportion of foreign investment and the smaller the export volume.When product differentiation is at a low level,the greater the cost difference between enterprises,the higher the proportion of foreign investment and the smaller the export volume.Then consider the influence of cost difference and product difference on tariff level.The conclusion and investment ratio are similar in product difference,but opposite in cost difference.Third,as the cost difference narrows,the tariff level will also decrease.When product differentiation is at a high level,the reduction of product differentiation will increase the tariff level.When the product difference is at a low level,the tariff level will increase with the increase of product difference.
