摘  要:通过测量重复性试验机和标准测力仪、计算机采集系统各分量不确定度的方法,依据《高炉和直接还原用铁球团矿抗压强度的测定》(GB/T14201-2018),采用球团抗压试验机测量铁球团矿抗压强度值,按照《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059.1-2012)对其测量结果进行评定。结果表明:该方法测量的不确定度U 95rel(P)=3.2%,k=2;通过各分量测量不确定度的评定分析说明,测量重复性分量对测量结果不确定度影响最大,该方法检测再现性优于现有方法,节省了大量操作时间。According to GB/T14201-2018 determination of compressive strength of iron pellets for blast furnace and direct reduction,the paper measures therepeatability,testing machine,standard dynamometer and uncertainty of each component of computer acquisition system.The compressive strength of iron pellets is measured by the pellet compression tester,and the measurement results are evaluated according to JJF1059.1-2012 evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty.The results show that the measurement uncertainty is U 95rel(P)=3.2%,k=2.The results show that through the evaluation and analysis of the measurement uncertainty of each component,the measurement repeatability component has the greatest influence on the measurement uncertainty;the detection reproducibility of this method is better than that of the existing methods;a lot of operation time is saved.
