汽车雾灯控制电路故障报警装置设计

摘　　要：汽车雾灯属于汽车重要的外部照明装置,在气候条件恶劣的情况下,雾灯的光穿透力较强,可提高驾驶员与周围交通者的能见度,起到预警作用,避免交通事故的发生。但是雾灯指示灯电路与雾灯控制电路并不一定是串联电路,实际存在雾灯出现故障而雾灯指示灯依然正常工作的现象。通过分析汽车雾灯的工作原理,并据现有汽车雾灯系统存在的安全隐患,对汽车雾灯支路进行改进,加装继电器,当汽车雾灯支路发生故障时,雾灯指示灯将不工作,解决了因汽车雾灯系统发生故障而产生的安全隐患。Automobile fog lamp is an important external lighting device for automobile.In the case of bad weather,the light penetration of fog lamp is strong,which can improve the visibility of the car and the surrounding traffic,to warn the drivers and help avoid the occurrence of traffic accidents.However,the circuit of fog lamp indicator and the control circuit of fog lamp are not necessarily in series,which makes the fog lamp malfunction and the fog lamp indicator still works normally.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the automobile fog lamp and the existing hidden danger of the automobile fog lamp system,this paper improves the branch of the automobile fog lamp and adds a relay to it.When the branch of the automobile fog lamp malfunctions,the indicator light of the fog lamp will not work,and this can solve the problem when the automobile fog lamp system fails to work.
