摘　　要：对新加坡公立大学图书馆组织机构设置现状进行调查,从共性、差异性和特点入手对其机构设置情况进行梳理分析。并据此为我国高校图书馆组织机构改革总结了三点启示:用户需求是推动机构变革的主动力而非唯一动力;配套的馆员成长机制是组织机构变革的关键;组建适应新环境、新需求的增长性机构是必然趋势。This paper investigates the current situation of the organizational structure of public university libraries in Singapore,and analyzes the organizational structure from the aspects of commonness,difference and characteristics.Based on this,this paper summarizes three inspirations for the organizational reform of university libraries in China:the user demand is the initiative rather than the only power to promote the organizational reform;the supporting growth mechanism of librarians is the key to the organizational reform;and the establishment of growth institutions to adapt to the new environment and new demands is the inevitable trend.
