摘 要:纯水液压传动作为液压传动技术的重要发展方向,是指以纯水为压力介质进行能量传递、交换或控制的一种驱动方式,其经济环保,对促进能源节约、保护环境、发展绿色工程机械驱动过程等都具有重要意义。基于此,从纯水介质出发,在论述其含义与特性的基础上,分析了纯水液压传动的优势与关键技术,并阐述了解决泄漏与密封、润滑与磨损、腐蚀、气蚀等关键问题的相关措施与建议。Water-only hydraulic transmission,as an important development direction of hydraulic transmission technology,refers to a driving way with the use of water-only as a pressure medium for energy transfer,exchange or control.It is of great significance in promoting energy conservation,protecting environment,developing the green engineering machinery driving process for its economy and environmental protection.Starting from wateronly medium,this paper analyzes the advantage and key technology of water-only hydraulic transmission based on its definition and characteristics,and expounds relevant measures and suggestions to solve the key problems such as leakage and sealing,lubrication and wear,corrosion,gas attack and so on.
