针刺对阿尔茨海默病精神症状及肠道菌群的作用研究

摘　　要：针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病、抑郁症等中枢神经系统损伤性疾病疗效显著,肠道微生物群组成的改变也与多种神经精神疾病有关。中医认为脑病与"痰阻脑络"及脾胃运化密切相关,与现代医学十分契合。因此,本研究从针刺、肠道菌群及阿尔茨海默病精神症状3个方面入手,总结出肠道菌群的病理改变可从神经、内分泌和免疫3个途径影响AD的精神症状,针刺对肠道菌群有正向调节作用。本研究旨在阐释肠道菌群影响阿尔茨海默病的机制以及针刺理论对其的认识,并在此基础上对针刺干预肠道菌群机制作初步探讨,推测针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病精神症状或许是通过影响肠道菌群继而改善中枢神经功能。Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease( AD),depression and other diseases with central nervous system injury. Changes in the composition of intestinal flora are also associated with a variety of neuropsychiatric disorders. TCM believes that encephalopathy is closely related to phlegm blocking Brain collaterals and transportation disorder of Spleen and Stomach,which fits well with modern medicine. This study concluded that the intestinal flora could influence mental symptoms of AD in terms of nervous,endocrine and immune regulatory centers,and acupuncture has positive regulation on intestinal flora. This study aimed to explain the mechanism of intestinal flora affecting AD and the theory of acupuncture in treating AD,thus to preliminarily discuss the intervention of acupuncture improving central nervous function by affecting intestinal flora.
