摘　　要：提出了一种适用于窄带网络的融合通信归属自适应演进技术。通过归属的动态调整,将大量漫游注册用户调整为本地注册用户,从而在一定程度上减小对通信网络的带宽需求和链路质量要求。该技术能够在窄带和弱连接通信链路环境下更好支持快速部署和随机接入,为融合通信系统提高了鲁棒性。An attribution adaptation evolution technology for the unified communication in narrow‑band networks is proposed.With dynamic adjustment of attribution,a lot of roaming users is adjusted to the local registered users.Thus,the requirement for the network bandwidth and the link quality is reduced to a certain extent.The technology can support the rapid deployment and the random access in the communication link environment of narrow band and weak connection,and improve the robustness of the unified communication system.
