摘　　要：在分析甲醇合成装置内结蜡控制措施的过程中,需要明确装置内结蜡的原因和形成原理,才能够保证控制措施具备针对性、科学性。以甲醇合成工艺作为研究背景,将提高甲醇合成工艺水平作为研究目的,针对甲醇合成装置内结蜡问题,从形成原理、危害、除蜡方法以及控制措施等方面展开分析,为甲醇生产流程中降低结蜡概率,消除石蜡提供有利的理论参考。In the process of analyzing the wax deposition control measures in methanol synthesis unit,it is necessary to clarify the basic causes and formation principles of wax deposition in the unit,so as to ensure the targeted and scientific control measures.In this paper,the methanol synthesis process is taken as the research background,and the improvement of methanol synthesis process level is taken as the research purpose.The wax deposition in the methanol synthesis unit is analyzed from the aspects of formation principle,harm,wax removal method and control measures.It is expected that the research content of this paper can provide a favorable theoretical reference for reducing wax deposition probability and eliminating paraffin in methanol production process.
