摘  要:利用自主研发的刮膜蒸发-加氢精制的新型工艺路线,建立了一套废润滑油综合利用装置。通过刮膜蒸发及减压蒸馏联合装置对废润滑油进行蒸馏,能够有效地去除无机盐及机械杂质。通过高两段压加氢精制,有效地脱除废润滑油中的烯烃及硫、氮、氯等杂质,并饱和润滑油中的芳烃,得到高品质的润滑油基础油产品。还对国内首套废润滑油刮膜蒸发-加氢精制工业化装置运行情况进行总结分析。运行结果表明:该装置具有工艺流程简单,操作平稳,设备投资少,能耗低,加氢精制产品质量高等特点。A combined device of comprehensive utilization of the used lubricating oil(ULO)was established by using the thinfilm evaporation and hydrofining method.Inorganic salts and mechanical impurities were effectively removed from the ULO treated by the thin-film evaporation and vacuum distillation unit.Sulfur,nitrogen,chlorine and other impurities were dispelled from ULO after two stage high-pressure catalytic hydrofinished.Olefin and aromatic hydrocarbon were saturated at the same time.High quality lubricating oil was produced by serial operations.Moreover,this research summarized operation status of the first thin-film evaporation-hydrofining plant in China.The results showed that this plant not only has the advantages of concise process,stable running state,but also low equipment and energy consumption.
