摘 要:在电厂的热力系统中,蒸汽凝液回收对发电水耗影响极大,IGCC电站化工岛广泛使用蒸汽作为工艺设备伴热,合理回收利用这部分凝液将很大程度上降低电厂水耗,进而更好地建立水平衡。介绍了国内首台IGCC整体煤气化联合循环发电装置辅助蒸汽系统,以及蒸汽凝液系统存在的巨大浪费及改造方案,对凝液系统改造进行了详细的介绍。In the thermal system of a power plant,the recovery of steam condensate has a great iMPact on the water consumption of power generation.The chemical island of IGCC power station widely uses steam as the heat tracing of the process equipment.The reasonable recovery and utilization of this part of the condensate will greatly reduce the water consumption of the power plant.,And then better establish water balance.The auxiliary steam system of the first domestic IGCC integrated coal gasification combined cycle power generation unit,the huge waste of the steam condensate system and the modification plan are introduced,and the condensate system modification is introduced in detail.
