摘 要:针对农产品流通的特殊性,结合生命周期法,分析农产品供应链的作业环节以及在不同流通模式下的作业差异,建立供应链各环节碳排放模型.并以福建省罗源县草莓供应链为例验证模型,测算并比较分析冷链模式下和常温模式下其碳足迹.结果发现:冷链模式下草莓腐损率更低;冷链模式较常温模式下的草莓供应链碳足迹减少了247.4 kg,总量下降约9.54%;将减少的碳排放折算到生产环节,可以间接减少生产环节碳排放,节省耕地面积,实现低碳物流.In view of the particularity of agricultural products circulation,combined with the life cycle method,the operation links of agricultural products supply chain and the operation differences under different circulation modes were analyzed,and the carbon emission model of each link of the supply chain was established.Then,the supply chain of strawberry in Luoyuan County in Fujian Province was empirically analyzed for the models.The results showed that:the decay rate of the cold chain mode was lower,the carbon footprint of the cold chain model was 247.4 kg less than that of the normal temperature model,and the total amount decreased by 9.54%,and the reduced carbon emission could be translated into the production link,which can indirectly reduce the carbon emission in the production link,save the arable land area,and realize low-carbon logistics.
