摘 要:目的:了解眼球穿通伤患者健康教育中的Teach back模式的具体应用情况,讨论眼球穿通伤患者健康教育中Teach back模式的应用价值。方法:选取2019年8月至2020年1月中山大学中山眼科中心就诊的50例眼球穿通伤患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组25例。对照组实施常规健康教育,实验组实施Teach back模式健康教育,对比两组的护理满意度和健康知识掌握情况。结果:实验组眼球穿通伤患者的护理满意度与健康知识掌握情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在眼球穿通伤患者的健康教育中应用Teach back模式,可有效提高患者的护理满意度,让患者掌握更多相关的健康知识,提高治疗护理效果。Objective:To understand the specific application of Teach back mode in health education for patients with penetrating eye injury,and to discuss the application value of Teach back mode in health education for patients with penetrating eye injury.Methods:From August 2019 to January 2020,50 patients with penetrating eye injuries admitted to Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center were selected and randomly divided into the control and experimental groups,with 25 patients in each group.The routine health education was given in the control group,and Teach back model health education was delivered in the experimental group.The nursing satisfaction and health knowledge were compared between two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction and health knowledge of the patients with penetrating eyeball injury in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the Teach back model in the health education of patients with penetrating eye injuries can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction,allow patients to master more relevant health knowledge,and improve the nursing effect.
