摘  要:长庆油田采用大井组、多井型、工厂化作业方式,为作业产生的洗井废水井场处理、井间回用提供了条件。在洗井废水水质特征分析的基础上,明确洗井废水配制胍胶压裂液性能的主要影响因素为总铁和悬浮物,从而针对性地开发曝气和PAC/PAM联合作用的洗井废水高效处理工艺,并确定了工艺参数为:气水比1.5∶1,PAC加量100 mg/L,PAM加量10 mg/L,曝气时间5 min,在四种不同加药量下原水的总铁质量浓度由108 mg/L分别降低为1.10、0.82、0.68、0.43 mg/L,悬浮物质量浓度为12 mg/L,满足配制胍胶压裂液的水质要求。同时对洗井废水处理后配制的压裂液进行评价,其基液黏度、胶联时间、挑挂性能和流变性能满足相关要求,可用于下一段的压裂作业中,实现洗井废水的回用。Changqing Oilfield adopts the operation methods of large well group,multi well type,and industrialization,which provides the basis for in well site treatment and inter-well reuse of well flushing wastewater produced by the operation.Based on the analysis of water quality characteristics of well flushing wastewater,it is determined that the main characteristic pollutants affecting the preparation of guanidine fracturing fluid are total iron and suspended solids,so as to develop a targeted high-efficiency treatment process of well flushing wastewater with the combination of aeration and PAC/PAM.The process parameters are determined,namely the gas-water ratio is 1.5:1,PAC dosage is 100 mg/L,PAM dosage is 10 mg/L,and aeration time is 5 minutes.The total iron mass concentration under four different dosage levels is reduced from 108 mg/L of raw water to 1.10,0.82,0.68,and 0.43 mg/L,respectively,and the suspended solids mass concentration is 12 mg/L,which met the water quality requirements for the preparation of guanidine fracturing fluid.Meanwhile,the evaluation of the fracturing fluid prepared after the treatment of the well flushing wastewater shows that the base viscosity,bonding time,hanging performance,and rheological property can meet the relevant requirements,and can be used in the next stage of pressure cracking operation to achieve the reuse of the well flushing wastewater.
