摘　　要：天然气深冷处理后获得的凝液要经过脱乙烷塔回流闪蒸,才能获得相对稳定的混合轻烃产品,而脱乙烷塔回流混合轻烃的低温泵,受其回流介质的低温挥发特性影响,运行效果不佳是普遍现象。可采取的方法是增加一具深冷膨胀机后的第二低温分离器,和原装置中的第二低温分离器交替运行,当一具第二低温分离器在正常进行气液分离时,另外一具第二低温分离器和主系统流程切断,用开关自动阀的方式加压,将上一运行周期中的分离器积液匀速地压排到脱乙烷塔中,这样两个第二低温分离器交替加压运行,实现了用静态容器分离器代替运转设备低温泵,将二低分的混合轻烃回流到脱乙烷塔的效果。在对一套深冷装置改造后,经过一段时间现场运行,深冷系统正常运行时间由改造前的每周运行时间不足120 h提高到一周不间断运行,混合轻烃产量从每天不足5 t提高到10 t左右。The condensate obtained from cryogenic treatment of natural gas must be refluxed and flashed through the deethanizer to obtain a relatively stable mixed light hydrocarbon product.The cryogenic temperature pump that mixes light hydrocarbons with the reflux of the deethanizer is affected by the low-temperature volatilization characteristics of the return medium,and poor operating results are common.The method is to add a second cryogenic separator after a cryogenic expander and operate it alternately with the second cryogenic separator in the original device.When a second cryogenic separator is performing gas-liquid separation normally,another second cryogenic separator is cut off from the main system flow,and the liquid accumulated in the separator in the previous operating cycle is pressurized and discharged to the deethanizer at a uniform speed by means of opening and closing the automatic valve.In this way,the two second cryogenic separators are operated under pressure alternately,and the static container separator is used to replace the cryogenic pump of the operating equipment to reflux the mixed light hydrocarbon from the two separators to the deethanizer.After the transformation of a set of cryogenic equipment and a period of on-site operation,the normal operating time of the cryogenic system is increased from less than 120 hours per week before the transformation to 1 week of uninterrupted operation,and the production of mixed light hydrocarbon increases from less than 5 tons per day to about 10 tons.
